Consultant at Ticketscript

Ticketscript is a company that sells and handles online tickets for events. The teammanager of the software engineering department wanted to improve the technical knowledge and the project management skills of the team. The Motion Studio trained the team on PHP-OOP and Zend Framework and helped designing and programming the new ticket selling system. After we built the structure of the system we have inspected the project management structure. We decided to implement eXtreme Programming. This lead to more transparancy of the projects and greatly improved the communication with the marketing department.
