Team manager software development at Endemol

In the year 2000 I switched jobs to become Team Manager at Endemol Netherlands. Internet websites where booming at that point and Endemol wanted to build their own websites. I became team manager for the software development team. We implemented complex websites for TV programs like Big Brother, Heartbeat, BodyOn etc.
